RUBI 29474 Hidro Pro Plastic Float with Sponge | Professional Grouting & Cleaning Tool

Elevate your finishing work with the RUBI 29474 Hidro Pro Plastic Float, a premier tool in the Paints category, specifically designed for professionals who demand perfection. As a vital component in the Spatulas and Paddles subcategory, this float is engineered not just for application but for achieving a flawless, clean finish on every tiling project. It is the definitive tool for the professional ceramic tile layer, created to master the critical final stages of installation, particularly the grouting and subsequent cleanup process.

The Hidro Pro Plastic Float is your ultimate partner for post-installation cleaning. Its design is ideal for cleaning all types of surfaces, but it truly excels in the meticulous cleaning that follows grouting. The key to its superior performance lies in its specialized sponge. Made from a flexible polyurethane with a robust polyester base, this float features a high degree of absorption. This "Hidro" capability allows it to hold and manage water effectively, enabling a swift and efficient cleanup of excess grout without leaving streaks or residue. Its medium resistance to abrasion makes it the perfect sponge for cleaning a wide variety of surfaces, showing particular strength and effectiveness on the roughest textures where other tools might falter or wear out quickly. This ensures a pristine finish, even on challenging materials.

Beyond cleaning, this float serves a crucial role in the application phase. It is an exceptional tool to extend and equalize the planes of mortar, ensuring a perfectly flat and uniform substrate before tile placement. Its lightweight construction and ergonomic feel reduce fatigue during extended use, allowing for greater precision and control.

While this float is a master of finishing, it belongs to the comprehensive ecosystem of RUBI tools trusted by professionals worldwide. From their industry-leading tile cutters to advanced mixers, RUBI provides a complete solution for every stage of the job. The 29474 Hidro Pro Plastic Float is the perfect companion to your RUBI tools, guaranteeing a seamless workflow from the initial cut to the final, immaculate wipe-down. Its quality and performance reflect the same standards of excellence found across the entire RUBI range.

The generous dimensions of the float base provide excellent surface coverage, making both application and cleaning jobs faster and more efficient. Please note, to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the high-absorption sponge, it is not recommended for use with acid-based products.

Choose the RUBI 29474 Hidro Pro Plastic Float for an unmatched professional finish. It is more than just a spatula or paddle; it is a specialized finishing instrument designed for durability, efficiency, and superior results.
