TEKA MTP 984: The Ingenious Folding Tap for Unrestricted Kitchen Design

Discover the perfect fusion of innovative design and superior functionality with the TEKA MTP 984 kitchen tap. Specifically engineered for modern kitchens where space and flexibility are paramount, this tap is the ultimate solution for sinks placed directly under a window. Say goodbye to the compromise between a high spout and an operational window; the MTP 984 offers the best of both worlds with its elegant, problem-solving design.

The standout feature of the MTP 984 is its brilliant folding high spout. In its upright position, it stands at a commanding height of 363 mm, providing ample clearance to effortlessly fill large pots, tall vases, and deep pans. When you need to open your window, the tap smoothly and easily folds down to a minimal height of just 76 mm, sitting discreetly on your countertop and allowing for complete, unobstructed window access. This seamless transformation empowers you to maximize your kitchen´s natural light and ventilation without sacrificing the practicality of a high-arc tap.

Performance is at the core of the TEKA MTP 984. The tap features an advanced cartridge system with an intelligent cold-start mechanism. By defaulting to cold water when the lever is in the central position, it prevents the unnecessary activation of your water heater for quick rinses, leading to significant energy savings and a more eco-friendly kitchen. This high-resistance ceramic disc cartridge also guarantees exceptionally smooth movements and precise control over water flow and temperature, ensuring a lifetime of drip-free, reliable performance. You´ll feel the quality and sensitivity in every use.

Beyond its primary function, the MTP 984 is packed with features for enhanced convenience. The 360-degree swivel spout offers complete flexibility, allowing you to direct the water flow exactly where you need it, making it easy to switch between double sinks or rinse the entire basin. An integrated anti-scale aerator ensures a consistent, splash-free stream and simplifies maintenance by preventing limescale build-up, which is particularly beneficial in hard water areas.

Installation is remarkably straightforward with Teka’s proprietary Easy-Quick fixation system. This user-friendly design allows for a fast, simple, and secure mounting process from the top of the sink, saving you time and effort during setup. The TEKA MTP 984 is more than just a fixture; it is a smart, stylish, and indispensable addition to any contemporary kitchen, delivering unparalleled convenience and sophisticated engineering.
