Trixie Coco Substrate And Tropic Substrate

TRIXIE Coco Substrate & Tropic Substrate: The Ultimate Foundation for a Thriving Tropical Terrarium

Create the perfect, naturalistic habitat for your beloved pets with the TRIXIE Coco Substrate and Tropic Substrate. Expertly designed for the unique needs of tropical and semi-tropical environments, this premium bedding is the cornerstone of a healthy, comfortable, and engaging enclosure for a wide variety of Reptiles and amphibians. If you are dedicated to providing an environment that mimics nature, this is the essential choice for your terrarium setup.

This high-performance substrate excels at creating and maintaining the high humidity levels crucial for the health, shedding, and respiratory function of many exotic species. Its remarkable ability to absorb and slowly release moisture helps stabilize the microclimate within the terrarium, reducing the frequency of misting and providing a consistent, comfortable environment for your pet. The fine, soil-like texture is not only aesthetically pleasing, creating a lush, jungle-floor appearance, but it also actively encourages natural behaviors. Your pets will love to dig, burrow, and nest in this soft, forgiving material, reducing stress and promoting their overall well-being.

One of the most outstanding features of this substrate is its incredible efficiency and value. The compressed brick form is easy to store and handle, but once rehydrated, it expands to an impressive 7 to 8 times its original volume, providing a substantial amount of bedding from a single compact block. This makes setting up or refreshing your terrarium both simple and economical.

Safety is paramount when it comes to your sensitive animals. That´s why this tropical terrarium substrate is heat-sterilized to ensure it is completely free from fungus, germs, and other harmful contaminants. With no added fertilizers or chemicals, you can have complete peace of mind knowing you are using a pure, 100% natural product that is safe for all inhabitants, including delicate amphibians and invertebrates. The carefully balanced pH value further contributes to a stable and healthy environment, making it an ideal choice for enclosures that include live plants.
