Work Sharp MK.2 Elite knife sharpener

Transform your kitchen and workshop with the ultimate sharpening solution: the WORK SHARP Ken Onion Edition Mk.2 Elite Knife & Tool Sharpener. Say goodbye to the frustration of dull blades and the inconsistency of manual stones. This comprehensive system, designed in partnership with legendary knifemaker Ken Onion, brings professional-level, razor-sharp results into your home with unparalleled speed, ease, and precision. It is the last word in high-performance Sharpeners for the discerning home chef and tool enthusiast.

Experience the revolutionary difference of flexible abrasive belt technology. Unlike static sharpeners that can damage your blade, the Mk.2 Elite uses engineered belts that create a superior, long-lasting convex edge. This slightly curved profile is stronger and more durable than a flat-ground edge, ensuring your kitchen knives stay sharper for longer, providing safer, more efficient cutting for everything from delicate tomatoes to tough root vegetables.

The core of the system is the Ken Onion Edition Mk.2 Sharpener, which offers incredible control. The variable-speed motor with a trigger lock allows you to adjust the belt speed for every task—from high-speed grinding on an axe to delicate, low-speed honing on a fine paring knife. The adjustable sharpening guide is a game-changer, allowing you to select the perfect angle between 15° and 30° in precise 1° increments, ensuring every knife in your block is sharpened to its exact factory specification or your custom preference.

What elevates this package to "Elite" status is the included Blade Grinding Attachment. This professional-grade attachment expands the sharpener´s capabilities exponentially. It accommodates wider 1-inch abrasive belts for faster material removal and a finer finish. The angle adjustment is expanded to a massive 10° to 35° range, giving you the ultimate control to create perfect edges on any blade imaginable. The rotating head and multiple platen options allow for advanced techniques, including creating perfectly flat grinds or mastering the art of the full convex edge, just like a professional bladesmith.

This is more than just a knife sharpener; it´s a complete edge maintenance system for your entire household. Effortlessly restore chef´s knives, serrated bread knives, pocket knives, hunting blades, and even scissors using the dedicated scissor guide. The versatility extends to your workshop, breathing new life into axes, mower blades, shovels, and other essential tools. The WORK SHARP Mk.2 Elite is the definitive tool for anyone who values a perfect edge.
