I weigh about 95 kg and am 180 cm tall, and a 2xl jacket fits me just right. For a larger person, I recommend a 3xl, especially since you usually put on a sweater or a jacket. Besides, winter clothes shouldn´t be tight; firstly, because of the comfort, and secondly, loose ones are warmer. I recommend the jacket itself. I wear it every day. It has about fifty percent wool, which makes it quite warm. It also has two other advantages: you can wash it by hand (I´ve done it twice already, and if you hang it wet on a hanger, it doesn´t lose its shape) and it´s double-breasted, which makes it warmer at the front (I can feel this advantage clearly, because I ride my bike to work). To sum up, it´s not a super elegant 100% wool coat (which is lighter and warmer, though; I have one like that too, and I know what I´m talking about); it is a warm and durable everyday jacket that works, especially since it is not expensive. I recommend it.

Hi, I´m a little taller (about 1.90 cm) and weigh a little more, and have broad shoulders, and I couldn´t move my arms enough in a 4XL, and had to go up to a 5XL, and it´s a little too big, but I can move my arms a little better in it. Hope this helps a little.
