Perfect size for kids. I plan on buying another one for my daughter in advance. Even a small/slim framed woman could use this. The only 'con' I could think of is the design of the side pouches. I wish they stretched out a bit wider for thicker diameter water bottles. This has better quality and stitching than equivalent Mil-Tec offerings. The olive green is a bit lighter than Mil-Tec, which is good because the Mil-Tec was a very dark olive.
