Hello. I am interested in Crosc Maiami black flip-flops 38-39. Is size 38-39 a size W8?

The official Crocs site has a clear size chart. Both UK and US use a different size W8. I myself have Crocs slippers EU size 41-42, which is US size W10 (it says W10 on the bottom of the slipper). This makes EU size 38-39 US size W8.
