THis is the second time i bought this shoe due to my son feet grow big after a year. Bought this last year for my son also, he's wearing it without any issue. Except when walking on icy surface (as expected). Never heard any complain from him when he wears it during Japan winter trip. He wore this boots and pass airport security in Japan without any issue. Highly recomended. Remember to buy 1 size up due to wearing thick socks.
