I am a woman and I usually wear the size 39-40 in my shoes, I bought a 40 size in these Tanjun trainers and they fit me perfectly. So yes, I would say it’s the same size as a woman’s 40, but I highly recommend you draw the contour of your feet in a paper and measure it in cm, then look at the size guide for reference, that’s what I did.
