Is this item canvas or nylon? Also is there an additional tariff charge, band if so, how much?

I bought this in October 2024. The label inside the bag says "Outer: 100% RPET Nylon; Lining: 100% RPET Nylon; Water repellent; Made in China". It is not a thin single layer of nylon, the bag feels quite padded with multiple layers. I did not have to pay any import costs, only a shipping fee of GBP 5.99.
