To give you an idea, I have men´s size 33 jeans and size L fits just right. I would definitely order size S.

Measure the hip pocket size on your jeans. If the pocket is 17cm (length) and 11cm (width) or smaller; choose S. If bigger choose L.

Alpinstars Bioflex Hip Protectors are suitable for men and women. The size small is 6.75 inches tall and 4.5 inches at the widest part. The size large is 8.25 inches tall and 5.5 inches at the widest part. Choose size corresponding to the hip pockets in pants.
