Can't speak to it's crash worthiness, yet, will update, I fall a lot. As far as comfort, it's great, I'm riding in 95+ degree heat with high humidity. The ventilation is superb and it does seem to wick away sweat. I'm 6'2 220 lbs , 2xl is a bit snug, as it should be.

Height: 182cm Weight: 73-75Kg size MD fits me well when Im on the buff side of my weight but just a tad loose when Im on the lighter side of my range (maybe a size small would fit me more snugly?)
