Engineered for Unmatched Durability

The "HDR" in 428HDR2 stands for Heavy Duty Roller, a testament to its robust construction. This chain is built to withstand higher stress and tougher conditions than standard OEM chains. At its core, the JT 428HDR2 features high-precision solid bushings, a significant upgrade over conventional curled bushings. This advanced design provides a greater surface area for contact, resulting in significantly reduced friction, smoother operation, and a dramatic increase in resistance to wear and distortion under load. The result for you is a chain that stretches less over time, requiring fewer adjustments and offering a longer, more reliable service life.

Advanced Manufacturing for Peak Performance

Every component of the JT 428HDR2 is a product of state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. The pins are specially hardened to offer exceptional resistance against wear from sprocket engagement, ensuring the integrity of your entire drive system. To guarantee maximum strength and prevent plate separation under extreme acceleration and torque, the chain features quad-riveted pins. This provides an incredibly strong rivet that gives riders the confidence to push their machine to the limits. Furthermore, all plates, pins, and rollers undergo a shot-peening process, which increases the material´s fatigue resistance and ensures the chain can endure countless cycles of stress without failure.

Key Benefits of the JT 428HDR2 Chain:

* Extended Service Life: The combination of solid bushings, hardened pins, and advanced manufacturing techniques results in a chain that outlasts and outperforms standard chains, providing excellent value.
* Superior Strength: Built to heavy-duty specifications and featuring quad-riveted pins, the 428HDR2 offers exceptional tensile strength, making it ideal for high-performance applications.
