Protection against incorrect voltage selection:

With 16V selected and a 12.8V (4s) battery connected, the OptiMate 7 LFP Select will immediately warn that a low voltage has been detected and will not begin charging.

The USER must verify that the nominal voltage of the connected battery is 16 V (5 s) before the SAVE mode is activated.

During this mode, the load curve is monitored.

If the battery is smaller than a 16V Series 5 battery, charging will stop.
