This jacket looks absolutely great, it is comfy and sleeves are long enough for my arms which is always my biggest problem. I have 173 cm’s and 58kilos and I chose a 40size because I’ve tried this jacket in 38 and it was really tight on my shoulders and doesn’t fit like the bigger size. The elbow pads could have been softer, its just a hard piece of something but I could buy some other I guess. Anyway I recommend this jacket, it really looks good on!

Is this jacket good for mountain biking?

This jacket is definitely good for riding the motorbike in the city. It has protection on elbows and shoulders. It is quite short and if you lean forward significantly, your lower back may be uncovered. The jacket looks very good, but since it is very light-coloured, it might become dirty quite soon. I have no experience with mountain biking but according to the brand "impact protection can be easily enhanced by inserting our CE-level 2 certified SEESOFT™ back protector into the appropriate pocket. The waterproof hydratex®|G-liner protects from the rain but also allows breathability. And the addition of a removable thermal liner makes this jacket a multi-season garment."
