It was with spacers. I have an XT660R and a Givi E370 top box. Shad pannier rack has a standard plate so it fits the SH40 topbox.

Hello, I would say yes, everything is there to fix it on the xt 660. I took the same.... For the shad 40 top case I received with the plastic fixing plate and the fixing screws. .. It is ideal for putting 1 helmet.
