HAMMER Olympic weights set new standards! With a maximum weight load of up to 400 kg or 700 kg, they belong to the absolute premium class! The diameter of 50 mm corresponds to the Olympic standard. The ball bearings used in the inner workings of the Olympic bar ensure a safe workout, especially for compound exercises, such as the ´´Clean´´. This is done in one movement, where with a normal bar without ball bearings there is a risk of the entire bar rotating and coming out of the hand. Due to the ball bearing, rotation is limited to the inclusion of the weight plates, to ensure safe training comfort and minimize the risk of injury.
