I wear a 42 42.5 and I tried the LARGE but it is too big and takes up too much space in the toe box so you should get a larger shoe. I´m feeling quite good with the MEDIUM, then it always depends on the shoe you want to get; some shoes require only half a size more, others even one size more if you want to be more comfortable.
