Nike React now plays a key role in the Metcon 7’s midsole. The rubber outsole’s new herringbone pattern delivers unstoppable traction from asphalt to concrete, while the rugged grip of the midfoot vertical strip helps you climb the ropes with ease.

The Metcon 7´s upper blends innovation and comfort with a classic, back-to-basics look. A thin, highly breathable Engineered mesh receives heat-sealed reinforcements for durability and consistency. A vertical heel clip enhances stability. Support is improved thanks to a Flywire lacing system lacing system that hugs the midfoot and provides added grip; meanwhile a tongue flap keeps the laces locked in place. Comfortable, lightweight, and offer great support for Crossfit and gym training in general (I'd not suggest for aerobic classes, might be too rigid). I bought 1 size larger than my standard one (usually do it for technical shoes) and fits perfectly. Really nice look too. Delivery in 2 days, wow!
