I only received this pan a day ago, but seasoned it for the first time and then used it to stir fry veggies for dinner. Absolutely worked like a charm! No sticking; just easy as could be. Will season it further, both in using it and applying a THIN coat of seasoning paste after each use to keep it protected. This IS a very heavy pan and I only bought the 9.5 in. It's such high quality and I know I'll buy more DeBuyer products.
