Ordered product on November 6. On November 17, DPD informed me by email that I could collect my order from the pickup parcel. That turned out to be incorrect because the item I ordered had not been delivered. To make a long story short. I have left a message via my tradeinn account 3 times that the package had not been delivered and each time I receive the answer that I have to go to the parcel pickup. Today I went there for the 3rd time and there was no DPD package for me. It is also very strange that my account at tradeinn states that the product has not yet been delivered. Bad thing and I'm also not happy with the customer service.
