Hi, I don´t know the Fenix 5, I have the Fenix 6x but you can still tell if it can fit you from the dimensions... This strap has a width of 26mm where it clips... You just need to measure your Fenix 5 and see if it fits ... For example, I took a strap on another portal that they said was compatible with Fenix 6x but it was 22 mm and it did not fit ...
