I bought a number of coats. The XXL is more like a Small/Medium The Small's are more like a coat for an 8 year old child. The customer service is appalling. I have emailed. I have gone through My Account and just get robotic replies. I have spent a lot of money and now got products I cant use. Not happy with his company at all.
