Denso Standard U22FSU spark plug

DENSO Standard U22FSU Spark Plug: OE-Quality Ignition for Peak Engine Performance

Elevate your vehicle´s ignition system with the DENSO Standard U22FSU Spark Plug, a pinnacle of engineering excellence from a brand trusted as an Original Equipment supplier by top automotive manufacturers across the globe. Designed for reliability, efficiency, and consistent performance, this spark plug is the ideal choice for drivers seeking to restore their engine´s original power and fuel economy. Whether you´re performing routine maintenance or addressing a decline in performance, the DENSO U22FSU delivers the quality and precision your engine deserves.

At the core of this spark plug´s superior performance is DENSO´s patented U-Groove Spark Plug design. This groundbreaking innovation was engineered to enable a more complete and efficient combustion process. The unique U-shaped channel on the ground electrode allows the spark to expand into a larger, more robust flame kernel, rather than being confined. This results in more effective ignition of the air-fuel mixture, translating directly into tangible benefits for the driver: improved throttle response, a smoother idle, better cold starting, and enhanced overall fuel efficiency. By optimizing combustion, the U-Groove design ensures you get the most power out of every drop of fuel.

DENSO´s commitment to uncompromising quality is evident in every feature. The copper core center electrode provides exceptional thermal conductivity, rapidly dissipating heat from the firing tip to prevent dangerous overheating and pre-ignition. This allows for a wider, more stable operating heat range, ensuring consistent, powerful sparks under a variety of driving conditions, from city traffic to highway cruising. Furthermore, the unique five-rib insulator design significantly reduces the risk of flashover, where the ignition voltage can leak down the outside of the plug. This prevents voltage loss and guarantees that maximum energy is directed to the electrode tip, resulting in a stronger, more reliable spark for maximized engine efficiency.

Built for longevity and durability, the DENSO U22FSU features a dual copper and glass seal that hermetically bonds the center electrode and insulator. This creates a completely gas-tight seal, preventing hot combustion gases from leaking past the insulator, which maintains proper engine compression and extends the life of the spark plug. To ensure absolute reliability from the moment of installation, every single DENSO Standard spark plug is 100 percent pre-fired at the factory. This quality control step guarantees flawless operation right out of the box, giving you the peace of mind that comes with installing a part tested to the highest standards.

Choose the DENSO Standard U22FSU Spark Plug and experience the difference that OE-quality engineering makes.
