This shock compressor CANNOT be used for a monoshock (BMW 700 GS) with a wire thickness of 14 mm, it's only suitable for dual-shocks bikes with thinner spring wire. I recently changed the spring on my Honda VFR800X monoshock and I have used the reference 1012102701 from nicecnc. very good quality and works very well!

An absolutely awesome piece!!! I had to push the mount apart a bit to get the shock absorber eye to fit!! My Harley spring is 7mm thick, 50mm in diameter, and 300mm long, and I´ve never pulled a spring together so quickly!! I put adhesive tape in the hooks to prevent any scratches.
