FMF 2 Stroke muffler repack kit

FMF 2-Stroke Muffler Repack Kit: Restore Peak Performance and Sound

Bring your 2-stroke exhaust system back to factory-fresh condition with the official FMF Muffler Repack Kit. Over time, the packing material inside your silencer degrades due to intense heat and exhaust pressure. This leads to a noticeable increase in noise, a loss of power, and a less responsive throttle. Don´t let worn-out packing compromise your ride. This essential maintenance kit is the most effective way to restore your FMF exhaust´s signature performance and crisp sound.

Silencer Repack Kit.

Owens-Corning fiberglass replacement packing keeps silencers performing as they´re meant to.

By replacing your old, saturated packing, you will immediately notice significant benefits. Regain that lost horsepower and torque, and experience the sharp, clean throttle response you expect from an FMF system. This kit is also crucial for sound control, effectively dampening exhaust noise to help you meet trackside or trail regulations. Furthermore, fresh packing protects the silencer body from excessive heat, preventing discoloration and potential damage, thereby extending the life of your entire exhaust system. Engineered specifically for the high-demands of 2-stroke engines, this kit is the definitive solution for maintaining your competitive edge.
