Hyperpro Yamaha SP-YA09-SSB024B Shock Spring

HYPERPRO Yamaha SP-YA09-SSB024B Shock Spring

Transform the ride and unlock the full potential of your motorcycle with the HYPERPRO Yamaha SP-YA09-SSB024B Rear Shock Spring. Specifically engineered for the dynamic Yamaha MT-09, this premium suspension upgrade is designed for riders who demand superior performance, safety, and comfort. By replacing the stock component, you elevate your bike´s handling characteristics to a new level, making every ride more controlled, confident, and enjoyable.

At the heart of this upgrade is Hyperpro´s signature progressive winding technology. Unlike linear springs that maintain a constant rate of resistance, a progressive spring adapts to the road and your riding style. It is initially softer to absorb small bumps and road imperfections, providing a plush and comfortable ride during cruising. As the suspension compresses further during hard braking, aggressive cornering, or when carrying a passenger, the spring rate stiffens. This progressive nature provides the stability and support you need when pushing the limits, preventing bottoming out and maintaining chassis composure.

Key Benefits for the MT-09 Rider:

The installation of the Hyperpro progressive rear spring yields a multitude of tangible improvements. You will immediately notice that the bike provides an easier cornering experience, feeling more planted and stable, which allows for more confident lean angles. The intelligent spring design contributes to a shorter braking distance by reducing excessive front-end dive and keeping the motorcycle more level, maximizing rear tire grip. Furthermore, the progressive technology makes the bike less sensitive to weight changes, ensuring consistent handling whether you´re riding solo, with a passenger, or with luggage. This enhanced stability leads to improved tire life by reducing unnecessary wear and scrubbing. Overall, the upgrade gives a better balance in the bike and better overall feedback of your bike, connecting you more directly to the road surface.

Main Features:

This rear shock spring is more than just a replacement part; it is a meticulously engineered performance component. Every Hyperpro shock spring is developed to the specific needs of the motorcycle, in this case, the unique chassis and geometry of the 2023 Yamaha MT-09. This model-specific development guarantees optimal performance and perfect integration. The upgrade is designed to be cost-effective and straightforward, as the rear spring is mounted on your original shock absorber, allowing you to retain your factory shock body while significantly upgrading its performance core. Crafted from premium materials and finished in a durable black coating, this spring is built to withstand the rigors of the road and resist sagging over time, ensuring long-lasting performance.
