Italkit EE.001.01 quick start

ITALKIT EE.001.01 Quick Start Inner Rotor Ignition for Derbi Variant / Start

Unleash the full racing potential of your Derbi engine with the ITALKIT EE.001.01 Quick Start Inner Rotor Ignition System. This high-performance upgrade is meticulously engineered for riders and tuners who demand the absolute best in throttle response, acceleration, and high-RPM stability. Designed as a direct replacement, this kit transforms your machine´s performance, making it an essential component for competition, track days, or spirited street riding. By replacing the standard, heavy flywheel with a lightweight inner rotor, this system dramatically reduces rotational inertia, allowing your engine to rev up faster and respond instantly to every twist of the throttle.

Experience a new level of engine dynamism. The primary benefit of the ITALKIT Quick Start system is the explosive acceleration it provides. The significant reduction in rotating mass means your engine can spin up to its powerband almost instantaneously, giving you a crucial advantage off the line and out of corners. Furthermore, this system is designed to perform flawlessly at high revolutions, eliminating the spark degradation and timing float common with stock ignitions under extreme stress. This ensures a consistent, powerful spark right up to your engine´s redline, maximizing power output and reliability when you need it most.

Key Features and Technical Excellence:

This complete ignition kit is a masterpiece of performance engineering. The core of the system is the lightweight Ø58 inner rotor, which is the key to its rapid response characteristics. It is paired with a precision-engineered base plate for secure and accurate mounting.

Powering the spark is a set of high-performance Stators. These windings are specifically designed to generate sufficient electrical energy even at low RPMs for easy starting, while being robust enough to supply a consistent, high-energy current to the ignition coil across the entire rev range. This ensures a fat, reliable spark for complete combustion.

The system includes a dedicated analog CDI unit. This "plug-and-play" module is pre-programmed with an optimized ignition curve tailored for performance applications, providing a reliable and maintenance-free solution without the complexity of digital programming. The kit is completed with all necessary high-quality cables and a start system assembly, ensuring you have everything needed for a comprehensive and professional installation.
