The interior padding of the LS2 FF399 helmet consists of only two pieces, an upper one that covers all the polyethylene protection (white cork) that covers the shell, and another that protects the sides of the face and surrounds the neck at the bottom to provide a better grip on the helmet. However, for greater comfort, it would be advisable to also replace the linings of the helmet fastening straps. They are the two small pieces that come into contact with the lower part of the chin and that, in general, deteriorate a lot. I changed those three elements and, after 4 years, the helmet recovered the touch and support of the first day.
