Macna Forge 2.0 pants

A 2-layer pants suitable for riders that want to brave mild/rainy to cold riding conditions.

The Forge 2.0 features a fixed waterproof membrane and a detachable liner that’s attached to the outer shell by our in-house developed Easy Cuff™. This system makes use of zips instead of loops and snaps, which prevents loose, floating layers inside your garment.

A short connection zip is present to connect your pants to your jacket, and the adjustable closures at the waist and ankles enable you to perfect the pants’ fit. At the waist you’ll find two waterproof pockets, and a larger, closable waterproof pocket is present at the left upper leg.

Its right upper leg is prepared for a MACNA leg bag to expand storage capacity. The two buckles at the front are designed to let you easily hook up a pair of our suspenders. Its Waist Lock is a strong slide-to-lock closing mechanism that´s built to last. At the back you’ll find our sturdy Pants Hanger that lets you carry and/or dry your wet pants.

Reflective yet discreet Night Eye™ eye fabric is used to make you stand out when traffic catches you in its headlights, without ruining your look by day. The outside of the cuffs are equipped with heat-resistant material called Heat Shield to prevent a meltdown when pants and exhaust come into contact. To make sure you stay strapped in the saddle, we’ve added a Grip Print to the seat area of the pants.

Your knees are well protected by our CE approved R.I.S.C. level 2 protectors, and CE level 1 hip protectors can be placed in the designated pockets.

Suspenders prepared:

Side Eye™:

RISC™ knee/elbow protector:
- Impact protector (KE01, KE02, KE03) with a hollowed-out, hexagonal structure that absorbs and distributes impact forces. Comfort is guaranteed by its ergonomic design and breathability.

Pants Hanger:
- Carry or store your pants by use of the incorporated pants hanger.

P.A.L.S. leg bag prepared:
- This jeans features P.A.L.S. webbing that enables a utility leg bag to be attached and worn without using the included belt.

Easy Cuff™:
