It transforms an unpredictable front end into a precise, communicative, and steadfast tool, letting you focus entirely on your line and your speed.

This premier Steering Damper from Öhlins is the ultimate upgrade for riders seeking to unlock their motorcycle´s full potential. The oil in the damper is kept under pressure to avoid free play, ensuring immediate and precise response the moment you need it. There is no lag, no hesitation—just pure, filtered feedback.

Three different systems work in harmony to give you smooth damping in all conditions. This advanced architecture ensures that whether you are encountering a sudden, sharp jolt or navigating long, sweeping corners, the damping characteristics adapt seamlessly to provide a consistently planted feel.

The base damping gives 18 adjustable settings (clicks) for maximum tuneability and control. This incredible range allows you to fine-tune the damper´s response to perfectly match your riding style, tire choice, and track or road surface. From a plush, compliant feel for touring to a rock-solid setup for aggressive track days, the perfect setting is just a few clicks away. For your convenience, Öhlins steering damper kits for specific motorbike models come with all necessary mounting hardware, ensuring a perfect, factory-level fit.
