The frame structure hasn´t changed. It is also compatible with 2023.

According to manufacturer yes, if its all models 2020 - 2023. Also according to BMW, they did not change anything on the bike, except colors :-)

Yes, it fits all make years of F900XR, you can check on the manufacturer page of SHAD. If you search for given Model and Year, you will be able to download installation instructions where you can find it is the same fitting since 2020.

The original pannier case mounting attachment must be removed when installing the SHAD top case attachment. Therefore, if you wish to install both a top case and pannier case (side case), please purchase the SHAD attachment that can be used to install both a top case and pannier case.
