Unleash the full potential of your Kawasaki´s engine with the VERTEX PISTON 24377A Piston Kit, a premium top-end solution designed for riders who demand maximum performance and uncompromising reliability. As a leader in high-performance piston manufacturing, Vertex delivers a superior upgrade that transforms your machine´s power delivery and durability. This kit is the ultimate choice for a competitive top-end rebuild on your motocross or off-road bike.

Engineered as a Pro HC (High Compression) component, this kit is the result of advanced Vertex technology specifically developed to boost engine output. The forged high-compression design is a key feature, meticulously calculated to improve combustion efficiency. As a direct result, riders will experience a noticeable improvement in power and torque across the entire rpm range, providing stronger acceleration out of corners and more pulling power on challenging terrain.

At the heart of this kit is a piston forged from superior 2618 aluminum alloy, a material renowned for its exceptional strength and durability under the extreme stresses of racing. To further enhance its resilience, every piston undergoes a meticulous T-5 hardening and tempering heat treatment cycle. This process ensures the piston maintains its structural integrity and dimensional stability even under intense heat and pressure, leading to a longer, more reliable service life.

Vertex´s commitment to innovation is evident in the high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite (MoS2) coating applied to the piston skirts. This advanced coating is not just a surface treatment; it´s a performance enhancer. It significantly reduces friction for smoother operation and promotes a faster, more efficient break-in period. This reduction in friction minimizes wear and tear, ultimately extending the piston´s operational life while maximizing power transfer.

This kit provides a comprehensive solution for your top-end rebuild. Kits include the piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips. For four-stroke applications like this one, the piston rings are sold as a complete set, ensuring a perfect seal and optimal performance from the start. (For reference, replacement two-stroke piston rings are sold individually). Choose the Vertex 24377A for a race-proven upgrade that delivers a tangible competitive edge.
