By choosing this piston set, you are investing in renewed power delivery, crisp throttle response, and the long-term health of your engine´s most critical components.

Key Benefits:

* Restored Engine Performance: Re-establish maximum compression and horsepower by replacing your worn or damaged piston. This kit is engineered to restore your engine´s power to its original factory specifications.
* Exceptional Durability and Longevity: Manufactured using advanced gravity-casting techniques and a high-silicon aluminum alloy, this piston offers superior strength and thermal stability to withstand the extreme pressures and temperatures of a high-revving 2-stroke engine.
* Reduced Friction and Enhanced Wear Resistance: The inclusion of a Moly coated skirt and Nitride coated rings drastically reduces friction within the cylinder. This leads to a smoother-running engine, an easier break-in period, and a significantly extended service life for both the piston and the cylinder.

Main Features:

* High-Quality Cast Replica Design: Precisely manufactured to match the original equipment piston´s dimensions and weight for balanced performance and flawless compatibility.
* Moly Coated Skirt: A specialized Molybdenum Disulphide coating is applied to the piston skirt to minimize friction during operation, aiding in a proper break-in and reducing wear over the long term.
* Nitride Coated Piston Rings: The piston rings feature a durable nitride coating that enhances their hardness and heat resistance, providing a superior seal against the cylinder wall for maximum compression and improved oil control.
* Gravity-Cast Aluminum Alloy Construction: The piston is built from a premium, high-silicon aluminum alloy that provides excellent wear characteristics and thermal expansion control for consistent performance.
* Precision Machined: Every component is machined to exacting tolerances to ensure perfect fitment, optimal performance, and the legendary reliability that Vertex is known for.
