As a world-leading brand trusted by top race teams and OEM manufacturers, Vertex delivers Italian-made precision that you can feel with every twist of the throttle. This kit is specifically designed to restore and enhance your engine´s power, response, and longevity, ensuring you have the competitive edge on the track or the trail.

Engineered for Peak Performance and Durability

At its core, this piston is engineered using an advanced manufacturing process to create a component that is both extremely light and incredibly strong. This optimal balance reduces reciprocating mass, allowing for quicker engine response and improved acceleration, without sacrificing the structural integrity needed to handle high-compression environments.

To withstand the intense heat and pressures of a modern two-stroke engine, every piston undergoes a specialized T-5 hardening and tempering heat treatment cycle. This critical process ensures superior durability, heat resistance, and stability under the most demanding riding conditions, providing peace of mind and extending the service interval.

A key innovation is the high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite coating applied to all piston skirts. This durable, low-friction coating is essential for a faster, more efficient engine break-in period. It also works continuously to reduce friction during operation, which significantly increases the overall life of the piston and cylinder, ensuring your engine runs smoother for longer. By choosing Vertex, you are investing in cutting-edge technology designed for maximum performance and endurance.
