These mitts are outstanding in the under £100 race. Properly waterproof, reinforced leather palm & fingers, super warm at -30C with wind at 40mph. 22cm around my hand and the large size was ideal - big enough to make a fist inside the mitt with a hand warmer sachet. Super warm in pretty harsh conditions at 7000meters/Aconcagua. I have Raynaud's/poor circulation in fingers and had no issues. If you add a cheapy merino liner glove then you can probably push these colder -35/-40. Only down side is that with all the insulation loft they're a bit bulky, but this is true of every glove at this range and above. No issues fitting them in to Petzel jumars (obvs not as much dexterity as gloves). Hope that helps :)
