Dynafit Mezzalama Polartec® Alpha® softshell jacket

DYNAFIT Mezzalama Polartec® Alpha® Softshell Jacket - Women´s

Experience the pinnacle of alpine performance with the DYNAFIT Mezzalama Polartec® Alpha® Softshell Jacket for women. Engineered as a lightweight, highly breathable insulated jacket, it is the ultimate choice for mountaineering, ski touring, and high-intensity activities in winter. Redesigned and refined, this classic piece perfectly balances warmth, protection, and breathability, ensuring you stay comfortable whether you´re pushing for the summit or enjoying a well-deserved break. It’s the reliable, intelligent layer that eliminates the need to constantly stop and change your gear.

The secret to its incredible versatility lies in its intelligent Active Insulation. This advanced thermal technology releases excess body heat and moisture during strenuous climbs, preventing the dreaded chill from sweat buildup. When you pause, it traps just enough warmth to keep you comfortable and protected from the cold. This constant temperature regulation means you can wear it all day without needing to layer up or down, making it an indispensable companion on any tour. The jacket´s functional material is highly breathable, allowing vapor to escape so you stay dry from the inside out.

Don´t let unpredictable mountain weather slow you down. The Mezzalama Jacket features a wind-resistant and water-repellent outer shell that shields you from biting winds and light precipitation, keeping your core protected. Coupled with strategically placed stretch inserts, this softshell construction offers unrestricted freedom of movement, crucial for dynamic activities like kick-turns on a steep slope or technical climbing maneuvers. The jacket moves with you, never against you. Exceptional breathability is further enhanced by the Active Airflow Ventilation system; laser-cut micro-perforations in key areas provide targeted airflow, acting as a smart exhaust for excess heat.

Designed for athletes, the jacket boasts a body-hugging, athletic fit that feels like a second skin. The elastic hem and cuffs create a clean finish and seal out drafts, while integrated thumb holes keep the sleeves securely in place and add a touch of warmth to your hands. The tight-fitting hood is designed to fit snugly under a helmet, providing essential protection without obstructing your peripheral vision. For those dawn patrols or late-day descents, integrated reflectors enhance your visibility in low-light conditions. Practicality is built into every detail. Secure your avalanche beacon, skins, or other essentials in the two large zipped front pockets, and keep your phone safe and accessible in the dedicated internal smartphone pocket.
