HEAD Faero MIPS Helmet: Ultimate Protection and Unmatched Comfort for Alpine Skiing

Discover the pinnacle of alpine safety and all-day comfort with the HEAD Faero MIPS Helmet. Engineered for discerning skiers who refuse to compromise on protection or performance, the Faero MIPS delivers the confidence you need to push your limits on any terrain. Its sleek, low-profile design is packed with advanced technology, ensuring you stay focused on the thrill of the descent. From pristine groomers to challenging backcountry lines, this helmet is your essential partner for every mountain adventure.

At the core of the Faero’s superior protection is the revolutionary MIPS Brain Protection System. This industry-leading safety feature is designed to provide enhanced protection against rotational motion. In the event of an angled impact, the low-friction layer inside the helmet allows the head to move slightly relative to the helmet, redirecting potentially harmful rotational forces that can be transmitted to the brain. This added layer of safety is a critical advancement in helmet technology, giving you peace of mind on every run.

Experience a perfect, pressure-free fit with the patented Sphere Fit system. This innovative system wraps around your head like an adjustable beanie, creating a snug and homogenous fit that can be fine-tuned with a simple turn of a dial. This three-dimensional adjustment ensures the helmet stays perfectly in place without creating any pressure points, offering unparalleled comfort from the first chair to the last. The soft, cozy Beanie Liner further enhances this feeling, adapting perfectly to your head shape while providing a warm and comfortable microclimate.

Master your microclimate with the helmet´s adjustable ventilation system. Strategically placed vents can be easily opened or closed, even with gloves on, allowing you to regulate airflow and temperature based on the conditions and your exertion level. Stay cool during intense runs and warm on cold lift rides, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the day. Functionality is further enhanced by the smart Fidlock Buckle, a magnetic closure system that snaps shut automatically and can be opened with just one hand, making it incredibly convenient and secure.

The Faero MIPS is built using a sophisticated In-Mold construction, which creates a lightweight yet highly protective helmet. This design seamlessly integrates with your ski goggles, eliminating the dreaded "gaper gap" and ensuring a cohesive system for clear vision and full protection from the elements. This model is designed Without Lens, giving you the complete freedom to pair it with your favorite HEAD goggles for a perfectly matched, high-performance setup.
