K2 Sprout poles

K2 Sprout Junior Adjustable Ski Poles

Nothing is worse than buying a bunch of gear for your kid, only to have them outgrow it within a year. Pick up the adjustable K2 Sprout and rest easy, knowing that your pint-sized shredder’s poles will last for more than a season. The K2 Sprout is the ultimate solution for young, growing skiers, providing a high-performance, durable, and cost-effective option for families who love the mountains. These poles are engineered to adapt, ensuring your child has the perfect fit from their first day on the magic carpet to confidently navigating more challenging slopes.

Designed for all-mountain skiing, the Sprout is the ideal companion for any junior skier, whether they are boys or girls just starting out or already linking turns with confidence. The key to the Sprout´s long-lasting value is its telescopic design. Featuring the reliable FlipJaw adjustment system, these poles can be resized quickly and easily, growing alongside your child. This means you get multiple seasons of use from a single pair, making it a smart investment in their skiing journey. The robust aluminum shaft construction provides the perfect balance of low weight for easy handling and the strength needed to withstand the inevitable tumbles and rigors of learning to ski.

Every detail is tailored for a junior user. The comfortable rubber grip is designed for smaller hands, ensuring a secure and confident hold, which is crucial for maintaining balance and control. For performance on prepared slopes, the poles are equipped with a hard snow basket and a durable steel tip. This combination provides excellent traction and stability on groomed runs and firm snow conditions, giving young skiers the support they need to progress their skills. When the ski day is done, the innovative Nesting Pole Baskets allow the poles to collapse into a compact, secure package, making them easy to transport and store without hassle.

Technology:

FlipJaw Adjustment Mechanism:
A user-friendly and highly secure length adjustment mechanism that connects a smaller diameter upper shaft with a larger diameter, more durable lower shaft. This design ensures reliability and easy adjustments on the fly, even with gloves on.

Nesting Pole Baskets:
This clever design feature allows the pole shaft to "nest" into the basket when the pole is fully collapsed. This keeps your poles in a compact and secure package for easy transport and storage, preventing them from separating in the car or ski locker
