Karpos Alagna 2.0 jacket

KARPOS Alagna 2.0 Jacket - Women´s

Experience unparalleled performance on the ascent with the KARPOS Alagna 2.0 Jacket for women, the definitive choice for dedicated ski mountaineers and avid ski tourers. Born from Karpos´s deep experience in the mountains and tested by elite athletes, this jacket is meticulously engineered to provide the perfect balance of thermal regulation, breathability, and freedom of movement when you´re working hard uphill. It is the go-to piece for training sessions or for any high-intensity ski-touring day in demanding conditions.

The Alagna 2.0 excels where others fall short, offering exceptional breathability to manage moisture and prevent overheating during strenuous climbs. Its primary function is to keep you dry from the inside out, allowing sweat vapor to escape rapidly, ensuring you remain comfortable and your performance is never compromised. The jacket´s intelligent construction combines different materials to optimize performance; the front provides essential thermal protection against the wind and cold, while the back and underarms are designed for maximum ventilation.

Designed with a sleek, athletic profile, this is a jacket that moves with you. The advanced four-way stretch fabric and dynamic fit follow your every motion, providing unrestricted mobility whether you´re setting a skin track, executing a kick turn, or navigating technical terrain. Its lightweight and highly compressible nature means it can be easily stowed in your pack, ready to be deployed as a warm-up layer or as your primary outer layer on milder days.

This versatile synthetic jacket features a high-quality Vislon® front zipper for quick and easy opening, even with gloves on, allowing for rapid temperature adjustments on the fly. It includes two spacious zippered chest pockets, strategically placed for easy access when wearing a harness or backpack, and are large enough to hold skins. The collar is shaped for optimal comfort, and the elastic trim at the sleeve ends and bottom of the jacket ensures a secure fit, sealing out drafts without constricting movement. While not designed for heavy downpours, its water-repellent finish effectively sheds light snow and moisture. This is a specialized piece for athletes who prioritize breathability and mobility above all else.
