Marmot Lightray GORE-TEX® jacket

MARMOT Men´s Lightray GORE-TEX® Jacket

Embrace any weather, from sudden downpours on the trail to fresh powder days on the mountain, with the MARMOT Lightray GORE-TEX® Jacket. Engineered for the man who demands uncompromising performance and versatility, this jacket is your ultimate shield against the elements. Whether you´re navigating urban landscapes or exploring the backcountry, the Lightray provides the confidence you need to push your limits in complete comfort and protection.

The cornerstone of this jacket is its legendary GORE-TEX® technology, delivering a 100% waterproof and windproof barrier that keeps you dry and comfortable when the weather turns. This advanced fabric doesn´t just block moisture from the outside; it’s also incredibly breathable, allowing internal vapor to escape. This means you stay dry from the inside out, even during high-exertion activities. To further enhance its storm-proof capabilities, the jacket features a PFC-free durable water-repellent finish and fully taped seams, ensuring no moisture can penetrate its defenses.

Stay warm without the weight thanks to the jacket´s intelligent thermal design. This insulated synthetic shell is packed with lightweight, high-performance insulation that provides exceptional warmth and continues to perform even if it gets damp. It´s the perfect thermal solution for cold days, offering superior heat retention without the bulk of traditional insulation, allowing for a full range of motion. For dynamic temperature control, the integrated PitZips offer quick and easy underarm ventilation, letting you dump excess heat on the fly.

Designed with the adventurer in mind, the Lightray is packed with functional features. The fixed hood is helmet-compatible and fully adjustable, providing crucial coverage and visibility during blizzards or driving rain. For enhanced safety in the mountains, the jacket is equipped with a concealed RECCO® Avalanche Rescue Reflector. Subtle reflective accents are also integrated to improve your visibility in low-light conditions. A built-in powder skirt prevents snow from entering on deep days, while adjustable cuffs and a drawcord hem allow you to seal out drafts and customize the fit. Ample storage is provided by water-resistant zippered hand and chest pockets, a convenient sleeve pass pocket, and an internal mesh pocket for stashing essentials.
