Moose Utility Division Skid Convertion Kit

Moose Utility Division Skid Conversion Kit

Unlock the full potential of your older Moose plow system with the essential Skid Conversion Kit. Designed for operators who demand precision, durability, and adaptability, this kit is the definitive upgrade for transforming your fixed-skid plow blade into a modern, high-performance tool. Move beyond the limitations of a static setup and gain superior control over your plowing operations, whether you´re clearing a paved driveway, a gravel lane, or a delicate lawn.

This conversion kit is the bridge between your trusted plow blade and the advanced functionality of new-style, movable plow skids. By installing this kit, you enable your system to accept the latest in skid technology, giving you the power to precisely manage the working height of your blade. Prevent gouging in soft surfaces, protect expensive pavers from scratches, and ensure your blade´s cutting edge lasts longer by floating it just above the ground.

Key Benefits:

* Total Height Management: Gain complete authority over your blade´s working level. Easily adjust the height to skim over gravel and grass or scrape cleanly on solid pavement, preventing surface damage and blade wear.
* Enhanced Durability: By enabling the use of new-style skids, you can take advantage of their extra-duty, abrasive-resistant steel construction. These upgraded skids are engineered to work significantly longer and withstand harsher conditions than standard, older skid designs.
* Protect Your Investment: By preventing the plow blade from digging in or scraping unnecessarily, you significantly reduce wear and tear on the cutting edge and the blade itself, saving you money on costly replacements.

Features:

* Provides the necessary mounting hardware to convert older plow blades for use with new-style movable skids.
* Allows you to precisely control the working level of your blade for different surface types.
* Enables the use of extra-duty abrasive-resistant steel skids that offer a longer service life than standard skids.
* Specifically designed for plow systems that require a conversion kit to accommodate movable skids.

Elevators and Technical Specifications:

Functioning as powerful blade elevators, the new-style skids (enabled by this kit) allow you to set and maintain a consistent gap between your blade´s cutting edge and the ground. This elevation capability is crucial for protecting both the surface you´re plowing and your equipment. This kit is engineered to seamlessly integrate with specific Moose Utility Division plow systems, ensuring a perfect fit and reliable performance. It is the required component for upgrading older blades with fixed, non-adjustable skid mounts to the versatile new system. Installation is straightforward, providing a robust foundation for your new adjustable skids. Upgrade your plowing setup today and experience a new level of professional control and lasting durability
