SCOTT Multifit Ski Skins

Elevate your ski touring adventures with the SCOTT Multifit Ski Skins, the ultimate companion for backcountry enthusiasts seeking reliable performance and effortless handling. Designed for the modern ski tourer who demands a perfect balance of grip, glide, and durability, these skins provide the confidence you need to tackle steep ascents, long traverses, and variable snow conditions. Move through the mountains with efficiency and security, knowing your equipment is built to perform when it matters most.

The exceptional performance of these skins is rooted in their expertly engineered Mohair / Nylon Mixed construction. This proven blend delivers the best of both worlds: the superior gliding properties of mohair allow you to conserve precious energy on long, flat approaches, while the robust durability and powerful grip of nylon ensure you have maximum traction on icy skin tracks and challenging uphill sections. This optimal compromise means you can move faster and more securely across any terrain you encounter on your journey.

At the heart of their user-friendly design is a new Smart Hot-Melt process. This innovative approach to adhesion facilitates the manipulation of the skins, making transitions from tour to ski mode quicker and less strenuous. The incredible adhesion provides a secure, gap-free bond to your ski base, preventing snow from creeping underneath and compromising your grip, yet allows for easy removal without leaving frustrating residue.

Say goodbye to frustrating snow buildup and waterlogged skins. SCOTT´s innovative Fiber Seal Technology creates a waterproof membrane that prevents moisture from saturating the skin plush. This ensures your skins stay dry and lightweight throughout the day and effectively prevents the bailing of snow, allowing for a consistently smooth and efficient glide from the start of your tour to the very end. Committed to preserving the pristine environments we love to explore, these SCOTT skins are made without PFC to respect the environment.

Designed for ultimate versatility, these skins are ready to use and adaptable to a wide range of ski shapes and sizes. The Multifit system comes with the rear tip clip / tail clip premounted and is available in three sizes, allowing you to easily trim and customize the skins for a perfect, edge-to-edge fit on your specific skis. This secure attachment system guarantees the skin stays firmly in place, providing reliable performance you can count on.
