SKIMAN Ski Comp Vise: Professional-Grade Ski Tuning Support

Elevate your ski maintenance routine with the SKIMAN Ski Comp Vise, the definitive support system for skiers who demand precision, stability, and versatility. Engineered for both dedicated racers and serious home mechanics, this vise provides a rock-solid platform to perform all essential tuning tasks, from edge sharpening and beveling to waxing and base repair. Take control of your equipment´s performance and unlock its true potential with a tool designed for excellence.

The core of the Ski Comp Vise is its exceptional stability. Built from a high-resistance aluminum body, it offers an unwavering grip on your skis without adding unnecessary bulk. This robust construction ensures that your skis remain perfectly still during delicate procedures like side-edge filing or structuring, eliminating chatter and movement that can lead to inconsistent results. The professional-grade clamping power gives you the confidence to apply the right pressure for a flawless finish every time, translating directly to better edge hold and glide on the snow.

Versatility is paramount, and the SKIMAN Ski Comp Vise delivers. Designed to tune all types and shapes of skis, it is the only vise you will ever need. The central clamp features a generous jaw opening of up to 90 mm, effortlessly accommodating everything from narrow, aggressive race skis to modern, wider all-mountain and freeride models. The 30 mm jaw width provides a secure contact point without interfering with your tools. This system allows you to position your skis in multiple orientations: horizontally for base work and waxing, or vertically and at a 60-degree angle for ergonomic and precise side-edge maintenance.

One of the standout features of the Ski Comp Vise is its brilliant combination of strength and portability. The lightweight aluminum design makes it incredibly easy to transport, a crucial benefit for traveling racers or those with limited workshop space. Set it up in your garage, basement, or even a hotel room before a big race day. Its compact footprint means it can be easily stored when not in use, yet it provides the unyielding performance of a much heavier, fixed-in-place unit.

This comprehensive kit comes ready to use right out of the box. It includes two essential brake retainers, which are used to pull the ski brakes up and out of the way, ensuring unobstructed access to your edges and base. This thoughtful inclusion means you have everything you need to get started on professional-level tuning immediately. Invest in the SKIMAN Ski Comp Vise and experience the satisfaction and superior on-snow results that come from perfectly maintained equipment
