SKYLOTEC Dagger Front Crampons | Ultimate Precision for Ice & Mixed Climbing

Elevate your performance on the most demanding vertical routes with the SKYLOTEC Dagger Front Crampons. Engineered for the technical alpinist, ice climber, and mixed climbing enthusiast, these front pieces provide the ultimate in precision, adaptability, and unyielding grip. When every placement counts, the Dagger fronts deliver the confidence you need to push your limits on steep ice, challenging mixed terrain, and delicate rock. Their design philosophy centers on providing a sharp, reliable connection to the mountain, allowing you to move with efficiency and security.

These front sections are a cornerstone of the SKYLOTEC ARX SYSTEM, offering a truly Universal upgrade path for your existing compatible crampons. Whether you´re looking to replace worn-out fronts on your Dagger crampons or convert your SKYLOTEC Rupal, Raide, or Verte models into a high-performance technical tool, the Dagger Fronts offer seamless integration. This modularity extends the life and versatility of your gear, allowing you to tailor your setup for any objective, from classic waterfall ice to modern, aggressive dry-tooling routes. Experience a new level of performance without needing to invest in a completely new system.

The core benefit of the Dagger Fronts lies in their exceptional adaptability. The ability to configure the points from a stable dual-point setup to a surgical single-point (mono-point) configuration gives you unparalleled versatility. Use the dual-point setting for enhanced stability on softer ice or snowfields, and effortlessly switch to the mono-point for pinpoint accuracy on thin, brittle ice features or for leveraging tiny rock edges, minimizing ice fracture and maximizing precision. This adaptability ensures you have the right tool for the job, no matter what the mountain throws at you.

Technical Specifications

Technical 10-point front pieces in hardened steel, compatible with ARX SYSTEM series crampons.

Main features:

* technical hardened steel points for precise grip on all types of ice and rock.
* configurable as single-point or dual-point for maximum versatility on ice or rock.
* includes fixed, interlocking, and interchangeable antibotts with flexible bellows to effectively prevent snow build-up under the crampons.
* ideal as replacement parts for the Dagger model or for converting your Rupal, Raide, and Verte crampons.
* pack of two.

Safety and performance are further enhanced by the included advanced antibott system. These intelligently designed, flexible bellows actively prevent the dangerous accumulation of snow underfoot—a phenomenon known as "balling up." By keeping your points clear and engaged with the climbing surface, the antibotts ensure consistent, reliable traction and significantly reduce the risk of slips, allowing you to focus completely on your upward progress. Equip yourself with the SKYLOTEC Dagger Front Crampons and step onto the ice with the sharpest, most versatile, and reliable tool for the ascent
