Breathe new life into damaged skis with the SNOLI Brass Insert, the professional-grade solution for repairing stripped or torn-out binding screw holes. An essential component for any serious ski workshop or dedicated technician, this pack of 100 inserts provides a reliable and permanent fix, salvaging skis that might otherwise be considered unusable. Don´t let a compromised binding mount end a ski´s season; restore its structural integrity and get it back on the snow with confidence.

These inserts are engineered to deliver exceptional performance and a bond that often exceeds the original factory strength. When a binding screw has pulled out from the ski core, this insert acts as a new, solid anchor point. The result is a secure and dependable mount that can withstand the high forces exerted during aggressive skiing, ensuring both safety and performance are fully restored. This method is the industry standard for a durable, long-lasting repair that you can trust.

Key Benefits:

* Ultimate Repair Solution: Perfectly designed for the permanent repair of torn-out binding screws, effectively saving skis from costly replacement. It creates a fresh, machine-threaded foundation within the ski core for unparalleled holding power.
* Incredible Strength: Engineered for maximum security, each insert boasts an impressive extraction force of approximately 214 kp (kilopond). This superior holding strength ensures that repaired bindings remain firmly attached, even under the most demanding conditions on the mountain.
* Versatile Application: The system is adaptable to a wide variety of ski types and constructions. The required drilling is adjustable, ranging from 8.0 mm to 8.7 mm in diameter, allowing the technician to choose the optimal fit depending on the ski´s core material (wood, foam, or composite) for a perfect press-fit.
* Workshop Efficiency: Designed for straightforward installation, this high-quality insert can be easily set using a standard screwdriver. The slotted head allows for precise control during insertion, ensuring it is set flush and correctly within the ski. This pack of 100 units ensures your workshop is well-stocked for multiple repairs.

This product is more than just a part; it´s an indispensable tool in your ski maintenance arsenal. The process involves carefully drilling out the damaged hole, cleaning the cavity, applying a suitable two-part epoxy (not included), and then screwing the SNOLI insert into place until it is flush with the topsheet. Once the epoxy has cured, you have a robust and reliable new thread, ready to securely accept the original binding screw.
