There are two. One for each foot. Sizing is more complicated. I have a 265 and for the inner liner of the ski boot I would choose a M, although it is possible that an S would fit well. I also have an XS in the liner of some skates, which are less bulky, but it was very tight and I had to trim the toe a bit, which was too narrow. As with everything related to the fitting of ski boots, it is a very personal thing and not at all easy. I hope I have helped.

Yo tengo una 265 y, para el botin interior de la bota de esqui, yo elegiria una M, aunque es posible que una S quede bien.Tengo tambien una XS en el botin de unos patines, menos voluminosos, pero quedaba muy ajustado y tuve que recortar un poco la puntera, que era demasiado estrecha. Como todo lo relacionado con el ajuste de las botas de esqui, es algo muy personal y no es del todo facil. Espero haber ayudado.
