Swix BP88 Baseprep Medium 900 g

Unlock the full potential of your skis and snowboards with the SWIX BP88 Baseprep Medium 900 g, the foundational wax trusted by professionals worldwide. This essential maintenance product is the cornerstone of any serious ski care routine, designed to prepare, protect, and prime your bases for optimal performance on the snow. Whether you are conditioning a brand-new pair of skis, reviving a freshly stone-ground base, or ensuring your equipment is protected during travel and storage, the BP88 is your most reliable solution.

A versatile and medium-hard glide wax.

Engineered for deep saturation, the BP88 penetrates the pores of your ski or snowboard base, creating a durable and nourished foundation. This process is critical for preventing the base from drying out and oxidizing, which can lead to reduced glide and long-term damage. By properly conditioning the base with BP88, you create the perfect substrate that will readily accept and bond with subsequent temperature-specific glide waxes, ensuring they last longer and perform more effectively throughout your day on the mountain. Its medium hardness strikes an ideal balance, providing superior durability without being overly difficult to scrape, making the application process smooth and efficient.

Used by Racing Service and ski factories as a transport wax and as an effective preparation for the next training session.

The large, economical 900-gram block is designed for frequent use, making it the perfect choice for race teams, ski workshops, rental fleets, and dedicated enthusiasts who demand professional-grade results. Its role as a transport and storage wax is invaluable; a thick layer ironed on before travel or off-season storage creates a robust physical barrier that shields your base structure from dirt, dust, and scratches, ensuring your skis are in pristine condition and ready to go when the snow falls again. Give your equipment the professional treatment it deserves and build the ultimate foundation for speed and glide with the SWIX BP88.
