SWIX TA3008 Economy Edge Sharpener | Precision Ski & Snowboard Tuning Tool

Unlock the ultimate performance from your skis or snowboard with the SWIX TA3008 Economy Edge Sharpener. As a crucial component of any serious maintenance kit, this high-quality tool is engineered to give you the razor-sharp, perfectly angled edges needed for superior grip, control, and confidence on any snow condition. Whether you are a competitive racer demanding precision or a recreational enthusiast looking to elevate your experience, the TA3008 provides professional-grade results with remarkable ease of use.

Experience a new level of smoothness and consistency in your tuning process. The TA3008 is masterfully designed with integrated ball bearings, which allow the sharpener to glide effortlessly along the side edge. This innovative system eliminates the stuttering and friction common with lesser tools, ensuring a uniform, clean cut with every pass. The result is a flawlessly smooth and sharp edge that bites into hardpack and ice, providing unwavering stability when you need it most.

Customization is at your fingertips. This versatile tool features an incredibly simple and secure angle adjustment system, allowing you to dial in your side edge bevel from 85 to 90 degrees. Choose a standard 90-degree angle for durable, all-purpose performance, or set a more acute angle like 88 or 87 degrees for the aggressive, immediate edge engagement required for racing and high-performance carving. The clear markings make setting your desired angle quick and foolproof.

Designed for user comfort and safety, the SWIX TA3008 boasts a longer, ergonomic holder. This extended design provides a significantly better and more stable grip, reducing hand fatigue during longer tuning sessions and giving you greater control for a more precise finish. Furthermore, the body of the tool acts as a protective shield, keeping your hand safely away from the sharp file and the ski edge, preventing nicks and cuts. The file is held securely in place by an easy-to-operate tightening mechanism, ensuring it remains stable without any wiggle or play while you work.
