Out of 6 boxes ordered, I only received 5. The negotiation was tough, we constantly had to send photos of the package, even though it was not damaged. I pointed out that by checking the weight of the package sent with only 5 boxes, this weight was less than a package of 6 boxes. All you had to do was send me the missing box and the problem was solved. Despite this proof, they prefer to reimburse me for the missing box and I will have to recommend it by paying in addition to the shipping costs, it is not the most correct, but I had no choice, and impossible to have a manager on the phone. A positive note however, when the delivery is correct, the service is fast.
